As a residential support services provider, we are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment that minimizes stigma and isolation while providing many opportunities for our residents to take charge of their own lives.
Our Founder’s Story
Originally hailing from Texas, our founder experienced a notable shift in his career trajectory after a successful decade in the construction industry. Driven by a desire for new experiences and personal growth, he took a transformative sabbatical in Ohio.
Submerged in providing services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, our founder discovered a profound calling ignited by a compassionate mentor. This pivotal encounter solidified his dedication to helping those in need, permanently relocating to Ohio in 2010 and establishing his agency, R&R Residential.
